The food and flavors here were on points, but I think many of the dishes were a little too salty. For example, the stirfry green beans were definitely too salty. Prices are a bit on the higher point, which is understandable because of the location but portion sizes are pretty reasonable for the price. The crab soup dumplings were so delicious. They were my favorite dish of the night. Totally worth the $20!

If you're looking for a spot with consistently fresh, flavorful food and a chill vibe, Dumpling World never disappoints. The service is always quick and friendly--something I've come to expect and appreciate. It's an ideal location for a dinner out with friends, offering both great ambience and a menu that's not too pricey. The dishes are always fresh, with quality ingredients that make each meal enjoyable. I can count on it for a reliable, satisfying lunch or dinner. Whether it's for a casual night out or a special gathering, it's quickly become a go-to for my friend group. This place definitely checks all the boxes: good food, great service, and a perfect atmosphere. Highly recommend!! We always choose a couple different items. I specifically recommend: crab cream puffs, green beans, pork xiao long bao, beef/onion potstickers, chicken and corn potstickers, chicken chow mein, and egg fried rice. Their teas are also really good. Enjoy!

Oh, Dumpling World, you are my world. Freshly made dumplings and noodle dishes jam packed with flavor. I hate when you get a chewy dumpling. Never the case here. Always good properly whether steamed or fried.

Popped in to Dumpling World for dinner on a Saturday night just before 6pm! Fortunately we were seated right away, but it got very packed shortly after. The service is casual and quick, and everything is brought out to you as it's ready. This place is clearly a very popular spot, and it did not disappoint! Price point is pretty on par with (if not slightly better than) similar joints around Austin. Everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful! I would definitely revisit. QUICK FACTS: - Parking? Yes, but since it's the Triangle, it can kind of be a pain to find if it's busy. There are a couple of garages with (free) open retail parking. We found the garage behind Dumpling World to be the easiest and most available. - Reservations? No, but you can join the Yelp waitlist if it's open. They turn tables over pretty quickly! FOOD & DRINK RATINGS: - Thai tea (not pictured, 5/5): Really tasty Thai tea that wasn't overly sweet! - Pork soup dumplings (5/5): Great flavor, size, amount of soup, and perfectly steamed skins. Some of the best soup dumplings I've had across Austin. - Pork & shrimp pan fried thumb dumplings (5/5): My favorite! So juicy and flavorful. I would have ordered more of these if I wasn't full. - Dry noodles (4/5): Loved the noodle texture. Good flavor. I would order again! - Sesame noodles (4/5): Tasty! The sauce actually had a little bit of a kick to it so it wasn't just straight peanut sauce.

We were pleasantly surprised with our first experience here. 1) BEST fried rice I've ever had in my life. 2) Soup dumplings were hot, not too gummy and had good flavor. 2) fried potstickers were good, would have liked them a little browner- just personal preference, I will request that next time. 3) the little dumplings (can't remember what they were called) were my FAVORITE. The staff was great, and super helpful and sweet. The decor was nothing to write home about. Our only real complaint was that the bathroom was kind of gross. We will be back!

The variety at this place is incredible. If I had four stomachs, I still would have had a hard time narrowing my decisions. This will become a must visit every time I'm in Austin.

The soup dumplings are outstanding. Simple, savory and busting with juicy goodness. Not too thick on the wonton shell. Loved the crispy green been with pork. Very savory with a nice crunch. The pork and shrimp wonton soup was also delicious. The serving size was quite large. Service was friendly and prompt.

Love how cute the area is. Plenty of places to stop by after your meal - Jenni's, Yogurt Plant, or Natural Grocers. Lots of available parking but area is pretty packed. The pork & eggplant noodles were my favorite. The noodles and sauce are really good. The pan fried dumplings are crispy on the bottom, filled with soup, and super tasty. I hated the dumplings in spicy sour sauce. The sauce was strange but dumplings were okay.

Ok, to be fair I might be a bit biased on this review considering I've been here multiple times but immediately after my first visit. I've only snapped a few photos so far but I've tried a TON of items off of this menu and I never leave disappointed. The service is always phenomenal and the environment is very busy. Every single time I've come it's never been "slow" for these folks. Be ready for a wait time during lunchtime and on the weekends. Every time off this menu is a 1000/5. The soup dumplings, the beef soups, the cream puffs. There is not a single bad item off this menu. My personal favorite (so far) is the Pork and Scallion spicy and sour dumplings and the red bean sesame balls. All soup dumplings are made fresh and are very hot, so be very careful! I like that the menu is not overwhelming with options but has just enough for anyone to find something they're looking for. I've already been back multiple times and will keep coming back. Dumpling world is AMAZING!!!
